Drama Games and Smiles – Camp for Young People from Disadvantaged Backgrounds
There was a camp for underprivileged youth in the summer of 2023 where we were invited by a good friend of ours, Réka Szendrő (organiser) to hold workshops. We (Ana and Ábel) held drama games workshops and we played some scenes too. It was a great experience to work with the youngsters who showed talent, attention and respect. There were exercises where the performance of the children touched several organisers to tears. I was humbled by the fact how the kids were enjoying themselves and were shining during the workshops.
